Swiatek was ‘scared’ of reaction after doping ban: The ITIA accepted that Iga Swiatek’s positive test was caused by contamination of the regulated non-prescription medication melatonin, manufactured and sold in Poland, which Swiatek took for jet lag and sleep issues.
