Last Tuesday, we discussed a new study that added to the substantial body of research on how mental strategies can be used to improve execution during tennis competition. Neuro Priming for Peak Performance is a guidebook on how to create personalized audio recordings for tennis players to rehearse their mental imagery and positive self-talk.
