The Rules of Tennis
The USTA recently posted a fun quiz on how to correct certain types of errors that can occur during a tennis match. The quiz is a great social media engagement mechanism for educating tennis players on the rules of the game. It is also a potential vector for identification and outreach for prospective officials.
Naturally I took the quiz myself because… well… as the author of a rules-centric blog, it’s just what I do. Since I wrote quite a few posts from the “Correcting Errors” section of the USTA Friend at Court, I would have been kind of embarrassed if I had scored less than the perfect 5 out of 5. I did find these questions to be fairly challenging and I am not sure how I would have fared had I not recently written so much directly on the topic.
I am curious to know what others think of the the quiz. Ridiculously hard? Relatively easy?
