U.S. Olympic tennis qualifiers take shape at French Open: The U.S. team for Paris won’t be officially named until later this month, but Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, Danielle Collins, and Madison have clinched qualification. Emma Navarro is next in line for singles if any of those players decline to participate. On the men’s side, Ben Shelton has decided not to play in the Olympics, so as of right now, the team will consist of Taylor Fritz, Tommy Paul, Frances Tiafoe, and Sebastian Korda.
